A little cartoon I made last year! 🌸😊🌈💓✨💚🎶🌹🍄
Whenever we put ourselves out there, be it by opening a new business, performing our music, posting a selfie, showing our artwork, telling our life story to others, or being vulnerable in a romantic relationship, we take big risks because we open ourselves up to the unknown, to something that may not always feel good or safe.
But, these risks are necessary in our expansion as human beings and co-creators with the universe. Not only do we open ourselves up to bliss but also to precious learning experiences that only make that bliss even more possible and more intense.
The trick is not to get consumed by the darker aspects of the contrast we can experience when we are open. Why give away our power to someone (most likely a small minority anyway) that judges and doesn’t appreciate what we have to offer? Compassion towards those who judge is crucial because, as we do sometimes, they are acting from their past wounds and this has nothing to do with the person that is their target.
By doing what we love and expressing fully who we are (this may change over time as we get to know ourselves better), we are living in our highest potential. That is all that matters! The more we hold this positive feeling and we focus on how good we feel, we will not be distracted from our path. No one has power over us, we are our own masters. Even if we were imprisoned or hurt, no one has power over our thoughts and happiness. We can chose to be happy in the harshest circumstances.
There is no need to “work hard” to please others or to be dependent on how they feel about us. If we go with the flow of our authenticity and joy, we will attract others who resonate with us and find value in what we have to offer. The love energy will flow freely, unconditionally, and without demands. Decide to create a beautiful life for yourself today! Nothing can stop you! 💜🌸🙏🌸💜
What can we do with grief?
Break our hearts over it every day?
No, my heart belongs to me only
Love made me realize this
Our hearts have to be whole
To resonate with another

Every day, there is an opportunity to see things in a new light – to experience life from a place of gratitude and hope, where a roadblock feels like an opportunity to learn how to feel even better, no matter what the circumstances are.
Healing is a growing process whose depths are endless. Just as we think we have transformed and completely healed, there is more we can learn, more capacity for love, more room for creativity and innovation – more ways to co-create and for the universe to expand. So enjoy every step of the way, even the heartbreaks because those will lead you to more love that you will finally be ready to let in.
Happy Mother’s Day!!!
– soaked coconut flakes
– small avocado
– coconut oil

– raw coconut nectar or date juice (optional)
Blend all ingredients together until you have a desired consistency (you can add water if necessary). Add more bananas, coconut oil, and lime juice to taste.

Blend or process all ingredients together until you are satisfied with the taste and crunchiness.
Line a pie pan with the crust. Pour in the filling and decorate the pie with toppings of your choice. I used figs to decorate my pie. Yum! Freeze the pie for about 4 hours and garnish. I garnished my pie with fresh mint and raw coconut nectar. Enjoy!
It is of no surprise that the energy of Kundalini, a cosmic life force energy, often laying dormant in the form of a coiled serpent at the base of our spine, is thought of as a feminine energy, Sakti. This energy is revitalizing and forces us to see ourselves as we really are, to be able to truly love. When we are living in the mind, interwebbed in the drama of daily life, repressing feelings, unconscious of how our actions affect others, oblivious to nature – focused on competition, winning, and consuming instead of loving, nurturing, solving, creating – our energy vortexes (called chakras) become blocked. These blockages disturb the natural energetic balance in our body and make us look outwardly for stability through substance abuse, food, parasitic relationships, the need for praise and validation and other disempowering and numbing behaviors.
What does it mean to awaken the Kundalini, the feminine energy within us? Our body has an energetic grid system that is made when the life-force energy is flowing in and out of (at least) seven chakras, energy hubs concentrated around specific organs (except the seventh chakra which lies on top of our head). Each chakra corresponds to certain human characteristics and it is associated with different colors, sounds, senses, animals, planets, astrological signs, elements, and organs. For example, the heart chakra is associated with the color green, serenity, creativity, the planet Venus, being unstuck, air, the signs of Taurus and Libra, touch, the sound Yam, and the black antelope (if you would like to learn more about chakras and the Kundalini, the book Kundalini: The Arousal of the Inner Energy by Ajit Mookerjee is a great resource). Once these chakras are unblocked, the Kundalini energy can now pass through them, activating and integrating them into our body’s energetic grid. The Kundalini energy also synchronizes the chakras so that each can communicate with the other freely and efficiently.
The Kundalini energy balances the two polarities by waking up and merging with the male energy so that the female and the male are expressed within us in their most divine balance. When the integration and synchronization processes are completed, we will intuitively know how to use each chakra as needed. Living from the heart will then become a new default way of living, love energy will flow freely. The heart chakra energy is the energy of balance in which earthly existence is possible but only because we start treating the earth with respect that it deserves. Not only us but the whole world could shift into this new higher vibration through the Kundalini awakening. We would finally become whole and feel empowered, and we would gravitate toward joy rather than destruction. We would start doing what we love, have positive relationships, follow our bliss. We would be more intuitive and emotionally intelligent, clear-thinking and creative, and we would be able to manifest our desires very quickly. We would stop pursuing the things that don’t feel good to us. We would be able to accomplish anything we feel called to do and we would have healthy discernment about our outward actions – how we treat each other and the world.
Heartbreak is almost guaranteed in this life and it can be a painful but much-needed life experience. I am always thinking of how to make people feel better in these tough situations. Luckily, there are fun and healthy ways to alleviate this seemingly never-ending process. I recently came up with a potion that is soothing to the senses and it is absolutely delicious – it works like a charm too!
Letting Go of Heartbreak Potion
-home-made coconut milk infused with:
Mix the ingredients well and let them infuse for one or two days in the fridge.
Before drinking, make an intention to let go of sadness and grief (warming properties of cinnamon, clove, anise, and cardamom) as well as anger and regret (cooling properties of lavender and rose) so that your heart can become whole again. Drink for as many days as you feel you need to.
This is one of the best remedies for moving on physically and emotionally from heartbreak and getting into a mindset to attract what is best for you.
Enjoy your new freedom and openness of heart!
